Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard. You'll continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your billing period.
How do AI phone call reminders work?
Our AI assistant calls your overdue clients with a friendly, professional reminder. It can answer questions about the invoice, negotiate payment plans, and send payment links via SMS. You get 3 calls/month included, with additional calls at $2 each.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Do I need an account to use the free version?
No! You can create and download invoices without signing up. Creating an account lets you save your business info, access invoice history, and upgrade to Pro when you're ready.
Is there a referral program?
Yes! Refer a friend and you both win. When they sign up for Pro, you get a free month of Pro (or 5 AI call credits), and they get 50% off their first month. Check your dashboard for your unique referral link.
What happens to my invoices if I downgrade?
Your invoice history is preserved. You can still view and download past invoices, but new invoices will include the Byllo watermark and you won't have access to Pro features.
